Our weekend started off in spectacular fashion with the Concours VIP Party at Ellen Browning Scripps Park. Live music, silent auctions, free-flowing cocktails, and small bites from over a dozen local restaurants made for a wonderful event.

RSF Cars & Coffee

Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Early Saturday morning, we met up with friends at RSF Cars & Coffee. RSF reminds me of Carmel – especially with the early morning overcast skies. The drive to and from La Jolla was thoroughly enjoyable on the windy roads twisting through the hills.

La Jolla Concours Motor Car Classic

Ellen Browning Scripps Park

The La Jolla Concours Motor Car Classic, which is free and open to the public, is the perimeter event to the Concours. Coast Boulevard is is closed to vehicle traffic, which means that there were a lot of passersby who stopped to chat about our cars.
